Dear Maintainer,

The eap-sim and eap-sim-file plugins are missing from libcharon-extra-plugins. They are
required to authenticate a client using 2G authentication vector obtained using for example
https://github.com/mixja/eap-sim-lab/blob/master/lib/pySim/pySim-run-gsm.py

Support for eap-sim and eap-sim-file can be enabled with --enable-eap-sim --enable-eap-sim-file
