Thanks, this rules out the possibility that it’s the lock dir. In fact,
/etc/init.d/lvm2 even uses --ignorelockingfailure.
Unfortunately, the udev debug logging did not work. Can you add
udev_log="debug" to /etc/udev/udev.conf? I tried that and it did work.
Can you attach logs of a successful and a failed boot (!) with udev
debugging and systemd.log_level=debug? Thanks!
