[Pkg-systemd-maintainers] VIO on sparc / udev support

Hi SPARC porters, hi Jurij!
Since my last attempt to contact Jurij wasn't successful and I'm
actually not sure, if Jurij is still active (as a SPARC porter), I'm
reposting the full email, hoping to gather some feedback from the Debian
SPARC porters.
