Hi,

I've just upgraded my pc to jessie and encountered the same boot problem 
( /home on lvm not being available, unless a "lvm vgchange -ay" manually).

After hacking lvm2 init script, I've noticed that it was failing to 
activate all logicals volume due to /run/lock not being mounted.

So i changed /var/systemd/system/run-lock.mount to add to make it run 
Before lvm2.service (as i did not found the way to make lvm2 start after 
run-lock.mount).
