You should probably run setfacl with -R, so the ACLs are set
recursively, which might be necessary if files already exist.

But as already mentioned, we don't install /var/log/journal by default,
so I'm not sure if we should run setfacl at all.
If a user can mkdir /var/log/journal, he can certainly also run the
setfacl call.
