[Pkg-systemd-maintainers] Bug#722180: systemd: should not ship kernel-install(8)

Version: 204-2
Severity: minor

systemd ships kernel-install(8), whose content does not really apply to
Debian (different paths, different infrastructure). The binary is already
excluded and not installed, and the same fate should be shared by
/usr/share/man/man8/kernel-install.8.gz
