Further 2 things:
* I added a Breaks: gummiboot (<< 44-2~), this is supposed to be the
version of gummiboot dropping its own kernel installation script, and
might need to be adjusted if there are other gummiboot releases in
between
* The kernel-install script still has a bug with /proc/cmdline parsing,
it does not seem to skip initrd= correctly (I'll take this upstream). But
it works fine with a /etc/kernel/cmdline file.
