Could you please also attach your /etc/fstab and /etc/crypttab.

Apparently the emergency shell is triggered after:

Aug 06 11:19:58 ares systemd[1]: Expecting device
dev-disk-by\x2duuid-CS0IM3\x2dx23c\x2d6Iyg\x2dvtLc\x2dNPWI\x2dFuS2\x2dcSFvr8.device...

What's the output of
ls -la /dev/disk/by-uuid/ when you run that from the debug shell on
tty9? I.e., is this device missing during boot.
