I cannot reproduce this. Got this file corrupted on your hard disk maybe?

Can you try to re-install, please

I pulled the package from [1] and extracted the relevant file. It is
attached for completeness sake. You can inspect it via:

man -l systemd.directives.7.gz

which produces the desired results
