Bug#755373: systemd 208-6 conflicts with ulatencyd

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to systemd 208-6 my system didn't shutdown properly anymore.

I found some entries in dmesg like this:

[  294.164582] systemd[1]: About to execute: /bin/umount /home
[  294.164995] systemd[1]: Forked /bin/umount as 3357
[  294.165102] systemd[1]: home.mount changed mounted -> unmounting
[  294.165143] systemd[1]: Unmounting /boot...
[  294.165503] systemd[3357]: Failed at step CGROUP spawning /bin/umount: No
such file or directory

After asking aunt google, it seems that systemd conflicts with 
ulatencyd. So i
decided to remove ulatencyd and this solves my shutdown issues.
