Package: systemd-sysv
Version: 208-6
Severity: important

Hello,

First boot with systemd-sysv failed. The base reason is that I had
a bogus line in fstab which sysvinit was fine with, but systemd is
not (FTR, /var/tmp/d-i/debian.iso /mnt/dvd-1 auto defaults 0 0, but
debian.iso doesn't exist any more). The problem is however that the
emergency mode, supposed to let me fix it, didn't start.

I haven't found any log in /var/log or journalctl, so I'm attaching a
screenshot. One can see the /mnt/dvd-1 mount failure, which triggers
emergency mode, but then the system only keeps printing

IPMI System Interface driver.
ipmi_si: Unable to find any System Interface(s)

at nauseam, I have left it try for 5 minutes before rebooting. I tried
passing debug on the kernel command line, but didn't get any better
output.

Fortunately, specifying emergency at kernel command line did get me a
working emergency mode in which I could fix my fstab, and the system
could then boot (though not any faster than sysvinit...)

This is however very worrying that emergency mode can't start.

After reboot, journalctl | grep -i ipmi gives me

juil. 22 10:20:49 type systemd-modules-load[208]: Inserted module 'ipmi_devintf'

I don't really know how I can investigate further.
