Yes, that replaces should have been changed to 204-8~.

Fortunately, this issue will solve itself once we upload 204-14 to
backports once it has migrated to testing.

This issue affects only the backports version. The version in unstable
or testing is not affected.
As the the BTS can not properly track versions from backports, I'm going
to downgrade the severity to important, so it doesn't show up on
everyones apt-listbugs output, which would be misleading.

We'll close the bug manually once 204-14 has been uploaded to backports.
