#755581 is the number of this bugreport. Maybe you mis-pasted? I searched again
in the bug list but cannot find another bug about looping emergency mode :(

In case you meant #755672, then I cannot find the same effect in his bugreport
as I reported. From his screenshot it seems that the message about emergency
mode starting only appears once and not multiple times. Nevertheless that might
still be the same issue because it takes some time until the emergency mode
message comes again is about 2 minutes.
