You've been spouting this crap over and over again.

If you dared to check, you'd notice that the pkg-systemd team actually
is in close cooperation with the maintainers of systemd-shim/cgmanager,
testing and filing bugs and communicating.
If you don't see a progress regarding systemd-shim/cgmanager, then well,
I don't have a lot further to add, aside maybe from the fact that you
are not trying to understand the situation.

Your repeated attempts to bad mouth all the work that is done is really
poisonous.

I kindly ask you to dial it down a little.
