With newer systemd versions there will be an "eye of cylon" animation if
systemd waits for a unit to start longer then 5 secons. This looks like

dev-disk-by\x2uuid-9ff63..b4fb6d66.device
systemd will automatically enter this verbose mode automatically.
With v204 you currently have to remove the quiet command line parameter
and use systemd.show_status=1
