Well, even though I think the current behavior is a bit strong, I'm also
unable to reproduce the -7 behavior. Having a
/lib/systemd/system/cups.socket with both ListenStream and
ListenDatagram, and a /etc/systemd/system/cups.socket.d/local.conf with
the above behavior doesn't work currently.
