Reporting.

(Excluding File::Find, which doesn't seem to actually be used by
 deb-systemd-helper anymore, but including File::Temp, which
 deb-systemd-helper later started using. Text::ParseWords was
 already in perl-base.)

It would be very much appreciated if this issue could be fixed for jessie
so that the base system growth would be reverted. Please let me know if
you'd like a patch. (The release team has already approved the relevant
perl change for jessie.)

Changes:
 perl (5.20.1-3) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Move File::Temp and its dependencies (File::Path, File::Basename,
     and parent) to perl-base.
     See https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2014/11/msg00216.html
