Well but you remember the other two bugs, which are more or less similar
and which also happened when I was still using sysvinit?



btw: One more thing about the issue itself.
Even the sleep seems not to prevent that some daemons do not fully bind
to their configured addresses or not start at all.


Kinda weird the whole thing...
