I need to take this back: Masking of avahi-daemon.service in prerm was
something I did in a local package which I haven't uploaded (yet).
Sorry for the confusion.


As was pointed out on IRC, this also doesn't quite explain, why
"systemctl stop avahi-daemon.service" fails in the first place, unless
there is "some other component" triggering the start of
avahi-daemon.service at exactly the time when it's stopped.
