The issue itself is not fixed. You will still get this log message on
every boot and when you reload/restart udev.

What has been fixed is the frequency of this message showing up.

I haven't investigated yet, what effect it has on networkd if the new
network interface naming is not used (remember that in debian/ubuntu
net.ifnames=0 is the default).
If networkd is still functional, maybe this log message should be
downgraded to debug.
