Dear Maintainer,

I've build this package that enables systemd-timesyncd,
depends on systemd-sysv to ensure that systemd is running
and conflicts appropriately with ntp.

It also provides virtual package time-daemon.

This could be merged into the systemd source package,
or rather be kept as an independant architecture:all
package that would need minimal maintenance.

I believe this would hit a nice spot for the RaspberryPi
default image (Raspbian); that doesn't need a full
fledged ntp server.

Any DD or DM can pick it up right away if interested,
or I'll publish it later on mentors.d.o .
