no limit! Indefinitely

:~$ uname -a
Linux marcelo 3.16-2-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 3.16.3-2 (2014-09-20) i686
GNU/Linux
:~$

I found a workaround [1] and can boot after I did it:

# mv /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/ /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d.old

inside my tmpfiles.d.ild/ I have:

# ls -l /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d.old/
total 48
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 480 Set 28 16:05 debian.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 595 Set 22 14:43 gvfsd-fuse-tmpfiles.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1181 Set 28 16:05 legacy.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 61 Set 25 16:31 lvm2.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 34 Set 27 20:40 man-db.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 30 Out 6 03:18 samba.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1139 Set 28 16:05 systemd.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 486 Set 28 16:05 systemd-nologin.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 637 Set 28 16:05 tmp.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 531 Set 28 16:05 var.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 623 Set 28 16:05 x11.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 30 Out 2 10:27 xconsole.conf
#

My system don't have /Debian/tmp

As soon as possible I will reboot my system and see if it hang again.
So, I could debug it! Sorry!

Did you need some log files? I could send to you in pvt.
