Bug#752376: systemd-cron : merge in of systemd-crontab-generator

Hi,

Here is my proposal for the merge in of systemd-crontab-generator that
adds the missing bits to let us resolve this bug.

Here is the branch with the updated Debian bits needed to build a package:

Here is a test repository with a single package:

http://ssh.detiste.be/repos/pool/main/s/systemd-cron/systemd-cron_1.3.0-1_all.deb

aptitude/apt-get will complain that the GPG key is missing;
you can get it from here
http://users.teledisnet.be/ade15809/gpg_keys_alexandre_detiste.txt
or just say "Yes"

dpkg -i systemd-cron*.deb will also work, as long as cron is not installed.
