I can also confirm this bug on systemd 215-2
Trying to view nginx status via systemctl:

# systemctl status nginx
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Unknown error -1

Even simple

# systemctl

gives:

Failed to get D-Bus connection: Unknown error -1

apt-cache policy systemd
systemd:
  Installed: 215-2
  Candidate: 208-8
  Version table:
 *** 215-2 0
       1110 http://mirror.yandex.ru/debian/ experimental/main amd64 Packages


/var# ls -l lock run
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 May 15  2011 lock -> /run/lock
