You probably want a systemd-shim package which was rebuilt against
systemd >= 209.

I'm going to re-assign this to systemd-shim. Maybe their maintainers are
willing to provide an experimental build.
On the other hand, we are going to upload 215 to unstable soonish, so
this issue will solve itself automatically after a binNMU.
