Are you willing to reproduce the bug and provide a debug log? Otherwise
there is no point to keep this bug report open since this issue is not
reproducible.

As you've seen in the bug report, I did (and regularly do) test switches
between systemd and sysvinit (and vice versa) and they work fine for
208-8 (and hopefully again for v215 once cgmanager is fixed).
