Dear Maintainer,

according to /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf one should:
   "See timesyncd.conf(5) for details"
but:
  $ LANG=C man 5 timesyncd.conf
  No manual entry for timesyncd.conf in section 5

Please add the missing manpage.
