Yup. have turned off systemd.log_level=debug few months ago
[$] cat grub.cfg | grep systemd
linux /boot/vmlinuz-3.16.0-4-amd64 root=UUID=some UUID no. ro
systemd.log_target=kmsg systemd.log_level=debug systemd.debug-shell
ipv6.disable=1 init=/lib/systemd/systemd

ah nice, so probably 2/3rds of the bug could be closed once a new
version in experimental comes up.
