So, according to the logs, systemd has started all processes after 24
seconds.
If it takes another 20 seconds for your display manager to show up, this
might be graphics driver, X or display manager issue.

You said you use GNOME, so I assume your display-manager is gdm3?

In Jessie, gdm3 uses gnome-shell, i.e. requires 3D capabilites, that
might explain why it is that slower.

You could try with a more lightweight display manager like lightdm and
see if that makes a difference.
