I'm fairly sure this is the same as
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88401 which got fixed in
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=6e392c9c45 and
was part of the v219-stable patch set.
