Ok, so I guess the only one that may further the bug report may be
Ondřej, if he has a way to replicate and see the logs/symptoms,
others may try/look for it.
The assumption seems to be that kernel resuming the harddisk takes
longer than applying some hdd settings, so that the settings applied are
immediately reset.
