Preparing a stable release for the upcoming 8.2

I've uploaded 215-17+deb8u2 including fixes for #787731, #794290 and
#787191.
I've also started user-tagging bug reports where users explicitly
requested to backport certain fixes for v215/stable, I haven't gone
through the complete list of open/closed bug reports though to look for
fixes which might be suitable for stable.
Maybe we can use this usertag in the future to mark fixes which we might
consider applying to stable as we.
