I only now notice that systemd.pc has:

modulesloaddir=/usr/lib/modules-load.d

So that means that the sed is too broad and we need to stop
documenting /lib/modules-load.d . I now notice the following other
paths that are inconsistent with the man pages:

systemduserunitdir=/usr/lib/systemd/user
systemduserpresetdir=/usr/lib/systemd/user-preset
systemdusergeneratordir=/usr/lib/systemd/user-generators
