Bug#760616: I think this bug depends on #705254 being fixed

Hi all,

reading Lennart's remark on the mentioned upstream bug report
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87320) I would think that
this bug depends on #705254 . Otherwise one would have to implement the
same kind of logic for the systemd fallback.

Sorry, but even after searching for about half an hour I couldn't figure
out how to set the dependency for this bug.
