The error message could certainly be more descriptive but the command
line argument/functionaliy itself is not going to be added. Upstream was
very clear about that (that's why I marked this wontfix).
See the other bug report for more information.
I wonder though, if we should document this fact somewhere else,
release-notes maybe. But it's a rather minor issue imho, so I'm not sure
if it belongs there.
Maybe we could add a wiki with systemd/sysv upgrade/compat issues, and
reference that from the release notes?
Anyone willing to do that?
