No you are not. I apologize for the confusion.
I'm probably just too tired...
I had the rsyslog-journal package in a local git branch for a while (and
the corresponding package locally installed), but I never made the
actual upload. I actually don't remember atm. why I didn't make the
upload at the time.

I'll head to bed now and maybe I'll remember after a good night's sleep :-)
