Looking the hierachy below /run/systemd/generator.late/, I don't see,
how is-enabled information could be read from there. But maybe I'm just
still missing some pieces from the systemd puzzle? ;)

(As if systemd by itself wasn't enough new stuff to learn, now there is
sysv-generator too. :)
