Bug#775122: systemd: Please make boot messages translatable

Hello,

Debian has gotten rid of the verbose kernel logs, avoiding to scare
the user with them.  But systemd is still emitting startup messages in
english, which gets particularly bad when using a non-english speech
synthesis.  These messages should be translated.
