systemd-delta man states:
-t, --type=
When listing the differences, only list those that are asked
for. The list itself is a comma-separated list of desired
difference types.
In newer systemd versions it actually is a comma-separated list but in
the jessie version it requires to use whitespaces.
The jessie version uses FOREACH_WORD for parsing while newer versions
use FOREACH_WORD_SEPARATOR.
It would be useful to cherry-pick:
