Bug#782793: /var/run

I just want to add that I ran into similar issues after the dist upgrade to
jessie. However, it turned out that I had mounted a TMPFS on /var/run which
changed in the new Debian version. After fixing this I had no further problems
with the systemd script to initialize LVM2 on a software RAID.
