Okay, keep systemd up.

Of course, I attach shutdown log from previous up time, that's make
sense.

Unfortunately, drive has no SMART support. It works for a couple
years, but fs problems came simultaneously with update debian to
jessie.

I use stock debian jessie, updated and dist-upgraded, sources.list
attached, no special apt-pins except iceweasel package from
mozilla.debian.net. No custom kernel, video drivers, only Virtual Box
and it's dkms module, lsmod output attached.

There are drive related messages in shutdown-log.txt I attached before
and now:
