Thanks for your attention concerning bug 780520 (computer restarts after shutdown)

There was a full jessie upgrade of the pc on january 2015, the 17th, this was systemd version 215-8.
Everything was fine after this upgrade. The next upgrade was on february, the 7th,
systemd version 215-10 was installed and the shutdown bug appeared. I am certain of the date of the upgrades,
I got the systemd versions from the debian tracker.

The bug appears with a docking station also.

I don't see an Always On USB option in the BIOS. I can see that the following settings are enabled.
USB device boot, Wake on USB, USB Charging port. The setting `Power on unit when AC is detected` is switched off.
The laptop is 10 month old and only ran debian jessie. I didn't change anything in the BIOS.
Also I don't have any problem shutting down the system if there are devices plugged in the USB ports.

I will try with sysvinit instead of systemd and see if the problem is still there.
