As said, the "systemd: Sources not shipped for hwdb files" one [1], I'd
defer to Stretch and see if we can upstream on board here.

It would be great, having some help tracking down this issue with
duplicated entries in 70-persistent-net.rules [2],
paravoid has been doing some work in that regard though I'm not sure, if
his proposed patch in [3] is sufficient.
