[Jessie] Status on the RC bugs in systemd

Hey Niels,

seems the hard disk crash hit Michael pretty hard? :-/

Anyway, I'm back from vacations now. I just uploaded systemd 215-13
with 4 RC fixes and some other changes that got
pre-approved/discussed, to get some progress. I think it's better to
have two uploads (faster verification of fixes/better
bisection/smaller reviews), so there'll be a -14 soon with the
remaining one or two RC bugs and the display-manager changes that
Michael mentioned.

I suggest we leave -13 in unstable for a few days and check for
regression reports, and I ask for an unblock request on, say, Tuesday?
