Correct. This was actually removed completely in

  http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/commit/?id=3315f085
  (background: http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/systemd-devel/2015-January/027594.html)

so this doesn't affect the experimental version any more. As this is
minor, and the above depends on a range of other changes to the
sysv-generator, I mark this as fixed in 219-1 now.
