I don't know why but seems you have wrong permissions on some of the
subfolders of /run/user/1000. Have you tried to add right permissions tu
gvfs?

# chmod u+rx /run/user/1000/gvfs

Furthermore what are permissions for /run/user/1000/glib/user? In other
word please send us the output of the command

$ ls -l /run/user/1000/glib/user

This is the output in my debian testing:

$ ls -l /run/user/1000/dconf/user
-rw------- 1 piviul piviul 2 nov  5 08:04 /run/user/1000/dconf/user
