Bug#797763: shutdown h:m in systemd 225 shuts down the system immediately

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading systemd from v.224-2 to 225-1 shutdown at a scheduled time (shutdown h:m) shuts down the system immediately, not at
the scheduled time.
Using systemd v.224-2 it works correctly, shutting down at the scheduled time according to /var/run/systemd/shutdown/scheduled.
