Bug#798905: Please ship the libnss_resolve.so.2 file

Hi!

The Debian systemd package currently ships nearly all components of
systemd-resolved except for the nss-plugin libnss_resolve.so.2.

The best way to ship this file would certainly be in a separate package
like the other libnss-* packages built from the systemd source, but for
the moment I'd be perfectly happy if it was simply included in the main
systemd binary package!
