Bug#820088: /usr/bin/crontab still has the setgid bit set

Hi!

I think this is one setgid bit too much:

alexander at shepard:~$ ls -la /usr/bin/crontab /lib/systemd-cron/crontab_setgid 
-rwxr-sr-x 1 root crontab 10552 Jan 28 09:44 /lib/systemd-cron/crontab_setgid
-rwxr-sr-x 1 root crontab 12824 Jan 28 09:44 /usr/bin/crontab
