Bug#822198: unused /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/ directory should be removed

We remove /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/50-systemd-user.sh in debian/rules
since we don't need 50-systemd-user.sh in Debian (we have
dbus-user-session) and Debian doesn't support /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/.

We should remove that empty directory, well everything including
/etc/X11 from the package
